MTO means Made-to-Order. 

As a small business making heirloom quality items, we often only have one, maybe two samples of each product on hand at a time. This allows us to make our products extremely tailored to your specifications; size, gold color, gemstone, and more. 

Each item will have a different production time, ranging from 1-2 weeks for simple items, and 3-8 weeks from complex items. If you have any questions about timeline, or accommodating a specific arrival date, please do not hesitate to contact us.
